The Chairperson of the Governing Board (Chairperson of the Association) may not simultaneously be an active civil servant of the Supreme External Audit Institution in the Republic of Albania. The Chairperson is elected only from among the institution’s former auditors.
The Chairperson of the Association of External Public Auditors is Mr Bexhet Zeqiri, who acquired legal personality by Decision of the Tirana Court of General Jurisdiction dated 2 July 2026.
Mr Bexhet Zeqiri graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Economics, Accounting Department. He has 20 years of experience as an external public auditor at the Albanian Supreme Audit Institution (KLSH).
